Open Door Youth Services Facilitate Teen Dating Violence Curriculum

Open Door Youth Services used their Women’s Fund grant to partner with HELP of Door County, Inc. for the purpose of facilitating healthy relationship groups in area schools.

They utilized a curriculum called Expect Respect that focuses on preventing teen dating violence and promoting safe and healthy relationships. Teen dating violence is a pervasive problem with serious health and safety consequences for youth.

This program is available to all middle and high schools in Door County.
