Orlock Releases New Book of Poetry

Four Windows Press of Sturgeon Bay has released Toes, Toads, Turtles, Tulips: A Miscellany of Verse: the latest book of poetry by Mike Orlock, Door County’s current poet laureate. Former Door County poet laureate Sharon Auberle said the new volume is “both a trip and a treat.”

This collection of poems explores bizarre contradictions in the natural world, where humankind views itself as the apex life form yet keeps becoming compromised by its own limitations and deficiencies.
