OtherWorlds Celebrates Independent Bookstore Day

OtherWorlds Books & More is celebrating Independent Bookstore Day with a surprise book exchange April 28, 5 pm.

Participants should take a book that has special meaning to them and is wrapped to keep it secret. Each participant will choose a book, and the person who shared it will explain what makes it special. Everyone will leave with a book at the end. This is a Sober Social event, and snacks will be provided.

The fun will continue April 29, 10 am – 4 pm, when local authors Thomas Davis and Patrick Baird will be discussing and signing their books, along with a special guest who will make a first appearance at Park Place Mall.

Used books will be 25% off, and the rest of the store’s merchandise will be 10% off, excluding consignment items. Also enjoy coloring pages for the kids and a drawing for prizes at OtherWorlds, ​​41 N. 3rd Ave. in Sturgeon Bay.
