Plum Bottom Pottery and Gallery invites the community to Art Show 5: The Outdoor Art Show on May 29, 10 am – 5 pm.
The exhibit features the work of Door County artists Dylan Lauger, mobile artist Ursula Perry, painter Mary White and potter Lynn Wood. Lauger’s artistic concrete graces the floors and tables of many beloved Door County restaurants and landmarks and now you can take a bit of that home. Lauger uses acid to stain unique concrete panels that are strong enough to withstand a Wisconsin winter but beautiful enough to hang both inside and out. Perry’s mobiles and stabiles dance in the wind. Constructed from core 10 steel and copper, these stand up to strong winds with grace and beauty. White’s whimsical flower scenes are the perfect adornment to the Door County home. Wood’s slab-build birdhouses are sure to add a touch of whimsy to any outdoor space. In a wide variety of colors each birdhouse is as unique as the birds who will visit.
Come and see their perennial gardens designed by Doug Mancheski and enjoy a glass of vintner’s blend Von Stiehl wine or a cup of Door County Coffee and enjoy art, finely crafted.
