Outdoor Movie with Algoma Public Library

On Aug. 3 the Algoma Public Library hosts their third annual Outdoor Movie at Legion Park. Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be shown on a big screen. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. The movie starts at dusk but there is fun to be had before the show.

Bring your blankets or chairs down to the park at 7 pm to experience the fun. The night features a bucket and 50/50 raffle to benefit the library. The American Legion will sell food. Kids activities include a Jedi Training Academy and temporary tattoos. The night also features a costume contest, so come dressed to win.

If the event has to be postponed due to weather, all announcements will be made at algomapubliclibrary.org and Algoma Public Library’s Facebook page. The Algoma Public Library serves the City of Algoma and all of Kewaunee County. The library is open 10 am – 7 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am – 3 pm Saturday.
