OVERHEARD

“He looked smelly through my iPad. I can only imagine the firsthand experience.”

“Nobody can use four things at once, that’s ridiculous.”

“Adele made me cry today…”

“One time I was at the gym and a chicken breast fell out of a guy’s pocket as he went to sit down on a recumbent bike.”

“It smells like air.”

SHOUT OUTS

Is there someone or something that deserves a pat on the back or a slap on the wrist?

Shout-out to the Washington Island Ferry and the island and peninsula’s EMTs, along with local law enforcement, for saving a friend’s life earlier this month.

A shout-out to the awesome coffeehouse on Fifth & Jefferson. The staff is always personable and friendly! The coffee is great, as is the food menu! Down to the decor and the colorful dishes, we love this place! Cute and cozy! ~ Coffee lover in Sturg

A shout out to Jennifer N. at The Cornerstone Pub for bringing my daughter’s dance bag to Sturg earlier this winter. I LOVE Door County!
