Overheard and Shout Outs, Oct. 2 – 9

OVERHEARD

Are there tid-bits of conversations you’ve heard while standing in line at the grocery store, serving a table, or walking down the sidewalk that make you smile, cringe or laugh out loud?

“They embed themselves in my hair, lay eggs, have little kids…then I have to go home and shower!”

“I think your car depreciates the value of Ephraim.”

“Imagining that man taking off his team’s jersey and leaving the stadium is about the saddest thing I’ve ever imagined.”

“It’s not against the law to use people for their pets.”

“I’ll sleep in the crack.”

“Tyra says to love yourself, and I love myself!”

“Listen, it’s just a pigment of your imagination…”
