OVERHEARD
Are there tid-bits of conversations you’ve heard while standing in line at the grocery store, serving a table, or walking down the sidewalk that make you smile, cringe or laugh out loud?
“Did the Trump see its shadow? Or do we get to play pretend for another month?”
“Somebody called me a ma’am and I thought, am I a ma’am now? I’d rather be a ‘miss.’”
“They said order one size bigger but when it came it felt like it was one size too big.”
“I was pretty excited to get Princess Leia out of the closet for the first time.”
“This whole time I thought it was ‘beat me up, Scotty.’”
“Shouldn’t ‘understand’ be ‘overstand?’ Because if you’re standing under something wouldn’t it be over your head, meaning you don’t understand it?”
OBSESSIONS
