OVERHEARD

Are there tid-bits of conversations you’ve heard while standing in line at the grocery store, serving a table, or walking down the sidewalk that make you smile, cringe or laugh out loud?

“I got called Jackie again. I guess the nameplate doesn’t help.”

“I would really like a car rental place where you could get cars to match your outfits.”

“That’s a good shot – you can see the sparkle in the unicorn’s eye.”

“I think venting over a beer or a glass of wine in France is like a national sport.”

“So far I’ve found that the most effective way to remove fiberglass from your skin is by simply riding your Harley until you no longer itch. And I’ve tried everything!”

“Take a trip to the cooler and grab a rack. Can’t do that legally most places.”

“Oh look, I found my pocket!”
