Owl Artist Featured at Artzy Studio

For more than 45 years, Wisconsin artist Clarence P. Cameron has created owls out of copper, bronze, soapstone or pewter. Cameron, known fondly as “the Owlman,” has always been fascinated with owls. He is interested in capturing the spirit of the owl in his unique, carved sculptures.

He exhibits his owls at art fairs and in art museums. His work has been accepted eight times into the prestigious Birds In Art show at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wausau – from 1989 to 2012. Two of his owl sculptures are in the book Owls of North America and also in the 1997 Atlas of North American Birds – Owls.

Cameron’s owls are in permanent collections all over the world. Artzy Studio is proud to present his award-winning owls in the gallery.
