Pancake Breakfast to Benefit Malmgren’s Missionary Work

Sister Bay Moravian Church’s annual Pancake Breakfast will be held August 18 from 8 to 10:30 am. Breakfast includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, maple syrup, applesauce, coffee, milk and juice.

Proceeds will support the work of Moravian Church member, missionary Karena Malmgren. Malmgren recently moved to a low-income neighborhood in Los Angeles. She is a member of Young Adult Volunteers and provides support for troubled and disadvantaged young adults. Volunteers must provide their own expenses for the year.

The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children, and $25 maximum per family. The church is located at the corner of Hill and Old Stage Roads (10924 Old Stage Road).
