Panel Discussion, Q&A about Running for Office on Oct. 22

Door Collectivist encourages members of the community to get on the ballot in 2020, so it will host a moderated panel of elected leaders Oct. 22, 6-8 pm, to discuss the challenges and opportunities of running for office. 

Confirmed panelists include Assembly Representative and congressional candidate Amanda Stuck, Door County Sheriff Tammy Sternard, Gibraltar School Board representative Angela Sherman and former City of Sturgeon Bay alder Barbara Allmann. 

A Q&A with audience members will follow the panel. District maps, voting information and the forms needed to get on the ballot in Door County will be available. 

A build-your-own taco bar and nonalcoholic beverages have been donated to the event, to be held at the Door County Community Center/ADRC in Sturgeon Bay. This event is accessible and inclusive to all, and activities and games will be offered to children of all ages.
