Paris Nights Come to Liberty Square’s Board Room

“Paris Nights,” three French-inspired dinners to be held in the Board Room at Liberty Square in Egg Harbor, are a celebration of grand French tradition, spectacular food combinations, and perfectly matched wines. The dinners are schedules for July 23, August 20, and October 17.

Four courses of Julia Child-inspired French cooking, French wines and French music have been meticulously chosen for each evening, beginning with a carefully selected array of Classic French cheeses and wine, followed by Coq au Vin, a favorite French dish. The evening ends with Julia Child’s famous Le Succès, paired with a velvety smooth Sauterne wine.

A short discussion of each wine featured during the evening encourages diners to experience the extra enjoyment of knowing the wine’s origins and character.

Performer Chris Salerno, a multi talented member of the music faculty at The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, will add to the ambience of food, wine, and atmosphere.
