Patricia Shoppe Hosts Sophia Forero Trunk Show

Patricia Shoppe in Egg Harbor will be hosting a jewelry trunk show with Sophia Forero on Saturday and Sunday, July 24 and 25, 10 am – 5 pm.

Sophia is a Chicago jewelry designer whose eye for color, texture, and design stems from her love of history and wide experience of international culture. After earning her Master’s Degree at University of Chicago, she worked for the US Peace Corps, teaching and traveling throughout Eastern Europe. Sophia went on to see the world, gathering inspiration and materials from which she began to craft fine jewels.

Her jewelry is made with sterling silver, 14 karat gold, and focuses on the brilliance of color in natural gemstone combinations. She has a range of styles, colors, and prices, and some of her pieces even make appearances on the red carpet – actresses Sarah Jessica Parker, Vivica Fox, Keiko Agena, and Nia Vardalos are just a few who enjoy her work. Her pieces have also appeared in films, including ShopGirl, and on CNN anchorwomen.

Sophia is one of many artists at Patricia Shoppe that will be featured in a series of trunk shows this season. Trunk shows offer customers a way to see an artist’s entire collection and learn about the inspiration and designer behind every piece.
