Patterns in Nature

Dried and pressed ferns and horsetail flowers.

On Aug. 7 from 1 – 3:30 pm, Paul Regnier and Kirsten Christianson are offering an afternoon walk in the woods and fields of Door County where participants can study and observe the underlying sequence in natural structure.

Afterwards, participants can experiment with some of these discovered patterns, using handmade paper, leaves and grasses at the Center for Handmade Paper at the Woodwalk Gallery, 6746 County G in Egg Harbor.

The price for this event is $80, which includes tour, project and materials. To make a reservation, send a check to Kirsten Christianson at 322 Fifth St. Algoma, WI 54201.
