Peg Egan Announces 2017 Summer Concert Series

The Peg Egan Performing Arts Center is thrilled to announce a crowd-pleasing line-up of nationally acclaimed artists for its 2017 Summer Concert Series.
Located in Eames Cherry View Park in Egg Harbor, the outdoor amphitheater offers sweeping views of scenic landscape and sunsets over the harbor and has ground room for 2,000 visitors; bringing blankets or lawn chairs is recommended. The Egan Center’s series offers Door County visitors and residents a chance to enjoy warm summer nights filled with brilliant music. Carry-ins welcome.
Terry Lundahl, program director at the Egan Center, said, “Each year our audience size gets bigger and bigger expanding to 2,500 audience members. Our goal is to provide Door County residents, visitors and music enthusiasts with a variety of outstanding music from around the nation.”
The 2017 concert dates are as follows: June 18 – Matthew Santos, June 25 – Janet Planet Trio, July 2 – Albert Cummings, July 9 – Tall Heights, July 16 – Switchback, July 23 – Taj Weekes & Adowa, July 30 – Dailey & Vincent, Aug. 6 – Tonic Sol-fa, Aug. 13 – Ruthie Foster, Aug. 20 – Tab Benoit.
