Peninsula Building Systems Receives Building Award for Door County Brewing Project

Peninsula Building Systems (PBS) received the Retail Building of the Year award from Chief Buildings for the Door County Brewing Company project. Chief is a nationwide manufacturer of steel-framed building systems. Entries in the retail category were submitted from builders throughout the U.S. PBS President Dale Reiser accepted the award while attending the annual awards ceremony at Secrets Akumal Resort, Quintana Roo, Mexico on Feb. 13. PBS, with offices in Sturgeon Bay, Illinois and Indiana, designs and builds commercial, industrial and institutional buildings around the country. PBS extends its appreciation and congratulations to the Door County Brewing Company and their owners, the John McMahon family, for the opportunity to apply design elements unique to the brewing industry while carefully and creatively using repurposed materials found throughout Door County.
