PENINSULA PLAYERS THEATRE ANNOUNCES CAST OF UPCOMING THRILLER

Peninsula Players Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for Frederick Knott’s suspenseful Write Me a Murder, which is on stage July 6-24

Two estranged brothers are reunited at the family estate by the family doctor, who informs them of their father’s imminent death. The elder, Clive, who’s a bit of a playboy; and David, a successful author, soon meet an opportunistic businessman, Charles. David wants to move back to the estate and has no interest in selling it, but Clive’s wandering eye for an heiress from Texas gives him other ideas

While trying to sweeten the real estate deal, Charles persuades David to help Charles’ wife, Julie, with her budding writing career, and as they collaborate, they craft the perfect murder plot for their story. Will the fictional plot become reality?

Peninsula Players veteran Greg Vinkler directs his 36th production as a director. The cast comprises Sean Fortunato as Clive, Xavier Edward King as David, Ryan Hallahan as Charles, Kai A. Ealy as the constable, Eva Nimmer in her Peninsula Players mainstage debut as Julie, and Charlotte Booker in her Players debut as the saucy village physician.
