Peninsula School of Art Studio Tour Feb. 21

Meet the winter-session artists-in-residence at Peninsula School of Art during a studio tour Feb. 21, 4 pm. Artists Natalie Woodlock and Maeve Jackson have both spent six weeks in an immersive studio experience and will share what they’ve worked on and answer questions. Visitors can also learn about what’s happening elsewhere at the school and enjoy refreshments.

Woodlock is a printmaker in Philadelphia who explores queer temporality and subculture in her work, creating heraldic and commemorative silkscreen portraits of queer friends on satin banners. Jackson is a Milwaukee-based artist with a nomadic sensibility whose making spaces shift with her travels and where she lives. She prefers working with video, photography and site-specific installations.
