Because of COVID-19, the Peninsula Singers – like so many other performing-arts organizations – has canceled its spring practices and concerts.
“Until we meet again, keep music in your hearts, hum a tune on your walks, listen to music in your homes or just serenade yourself in your mind (or showers),” said Jeanne Barnard, Peninsula Singers president.
The Peninsula Singers has been a nonprofit staple of Door County for more than 40 years. As it has been for many other nonprofits, this pandemic-related “extended intermission” has been a financial burden, so the organization hopes that loyal concert-goers will continue their support through mailed donations. You may send contributions to the Peninsula Singers, P.O. Box 611, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
