LaRae Bagnall is the latest recipient of an educational loan with a two-percent interest rate. Bagnall applied for this loan to help fund her doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Members of Chapter DF, the PEO sisterhood in Sturgeon Bay, sponsored Bagnall, who plans to graduate in May of 2020. To qualify for an Educational Fund loan, candidates need to be a woman citizen of the United States or Canada, be within two years of graduating from an accredited college, have a credit score of 625, have two cosigners, and be sponsored by a PEO chapter. Maximum loan amounts range from $12,000 – $20,000 and are available to women studying for a non-degree accredited program, or an associate, bachelor, masters, or doctoral degree.
