Photographer Explores Connections at Meadows Gallery

The Meadows Gallery presents the photography exhibit Connections: Humanity and Our Creativity, Our Achievements, Our Environment, Oct. 2-31. Connections features Door County photographer Dennis Connolly.

“This exhibit will continue the theme of the universal connection which many people of other cultures share in common: that we all have passions, love for our family, ability to be creative in music, dance, art and food, and we continue that creativity in our adaptation to our environment,” said Connolly.

This will be Connolly’s fifth independent exhibit at the Meadows. In the past, most of his exhibits were centered on connections within a specific, geographic region, but this exhibit ties some previously shared images with new, multicultural material, as well as connections between rural and urban life. An opening reception will be held Oct. 6, 1-3 pm. The Meadows Gallery is located at 10560 Applewood Road, Sister Bay. Viewing during daytime hours is free and open to the public.
