Pianist David Beck Performs at Hope Church

Pianist and local favorite David Beck will perform a recital at Hope United Church of Christ on April 26, 2009 at 2 pm. The public is cordially invited to attend this free concert.

The program includes: Italian Concerto by J. S. Bach, Excursions by Samuel Barber, Rondo Capriccioso by Felix Mendelssohn, and Ballade No.4 by Frederyck Chopin.

Beck grew up Gurney, WI. He attended St. Norbert College and was a student of Professor Elaine Moss. He graduated in 2007 with a degree in Piano Performance. Beck serves as the organist at the Hope United Church of Christ in Sturgeon Bay. He is also accompanist for Gibraltar and Oconto Falls High School, a private piano teacher, and a concert performer, most recently as part of the Steinway and Sons Recital Series at Heid Music in Green

Bay.
