Pirates in the Harbour “Party with A Purpose”

The Pirates in the Harbour made a donation of $1,000 to the Egg Harbor Volunteer Fire Department. The money was raised during the “Cheeseburgers in Paradise” cookout on July 28.

The Pirates in the Harbour continue to “party with a purpose” to raise money for local charitable organizations. Since the club was sanctioned as a chapter of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. in October 2009, they have raised $10,000.

They recently made a donation of $1,000 to the Egg Harbor Volunteer Fire Department. The money was raised during their “Cheeseburgers in Paradise” cookout on July 28.

Also, as a result of their Haunted Happening fundraiser on Oct. 27, the group will present checks to Feed My People / Clothe My People, Door of Hope Food Pantry, Koinonia Kupboard and Holy Name of Mary Parish Food Pantry.
