Play at Ridges Fall Work Day

The Ridges is holding a Work (Play) Day on Saturday, October 3 from 8:30 am – noon. Members and non-members of all ages and all levels of expertise are invited to help with a variety of indoor and outdoor projects at the Ridges Sanctuary.

Volunteers can drop in at any time throughout the day, and spend as much or as little time helping as they would like. Families are encouraged, and tasks for the day include wood chip hauling, trail checking, and general maintenance before the Ridges hunkers down for the winter.

As an added incentive, the great chili and awesome brownies some may remember from last year will again be served by Ridges Sanctuary staff.
