Favorite Golf Memory:  “I have great memories of a group of us, 20 of us guys, would all go and play Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia. It was in the mid-90s.

Also, a funny memory I had was when I was playing Maxwelton with a buddy of mine. He hit the ball off the tee on 18. He hit it so bad that it went immediately right, hit the tire of a truck, and flew back and almost hit us.”

Nicest Golf Course Ever Played:  Oakland Hills in Birmingham, Michigan.

Favorite Pro Golfer:  Jim Furyk, a fellow University of Arizona graduate.

Favorite Foursome:  Dave Stolley, Ken Uhlhorn, and Lyle Amundson.

Game Strengths:  “It depends on the day of the week, but probably my chipping.”

What Needs Work:  “Definitely my putting.”

What’s In The Bag?:  “Cleveland driver, three and five-wood; Walter Hagen hybrid; an old set of Tommy Armour 845’s; and a Ray Cook Blue Goose putter.”

Golf Tip to Share:  “Be sure to accelerate through the ball on your swing and your putts.”

What You Like To Do When Not Playing Golf:  “Hike, walk and in the winter, snowshoe, cross country ski, and go to warm places.”
