Peninsula Players Theatre presented a reading of A Fine Bright Day Today, a new play by British playwright Philip Goulding, on April 2 at Björklunden. A Fine Bright Day Today was produced as the final installment of The Play’s the Thing, a winter series of play readings organized by Peninsula Players Theatre.
A Fine Bright Day Today is a warm and gently funny play about love, loss and second chances. Participating in the reading were performers Amy Ensign, Mark Moede, Penny Slusher and Greg Vinkler, the Peninsula Players’ artistic director who also directed the reading.
The 2019 winter play readings are slated for performances Mondays, Feb. 4, March 4 and April 1 and play titles will be announced at a later date. Individual, season and group tickets are now on sale for the 2018 season. For tickets or more information visit peninsulaplayers.com.
