Plum Bottom Holds First Jewelry Trunk Show of Season

Plum Bottom Pottery & Gallery invites everyone to their first jewelry trunk show of the season on July 2, 10 am to 5pm. They will feature the latest collections from Alicia Winalski and Lara Knutson – both offering exquisite treasures sure to compliment any personal style. Stop in and be the first to see their newest pieces and one-of-a-kind pieces only available for this event.

Winalski creates one-of-a-kind earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings combining sterling silver and 14k gold, pearls and gemstones. Her jewelry is exclusive to Plum Bottom Pottery and Gallery.

Knutson’s “cloud of stardust” jewelry is a must-see and a must-wear. Light as a feather, her Nebula jewelry is created from a fabric filigreed with 50,000 mirror-backed glass beads per square inch, which magnify light 100 times. Through her work as an industrial engineer, she invented this luminous fiber and is the only person in the world using this material. Her jewelry is designed to interact with you, shimmering and glowing as you move into the light. Incorporating the reflective glass thread with gemstones and iridescent fibers allows her to create intriguing, elegant pieces that are wearable day or night. Her jewelry is now part of the permanent collection of the Corning Glass Museum.

Plum Bottom Pottery & Gallery is open 10 am – 5 pm daily. To visit go 15 minutes north of Sturgeon Bay or five minutes south of Egg Harbor on Highway 42, then east one mile to 4999 Plum Bottom Road.
