Andrew Kleidon is joined by Baileys Harbor Interim Town Chair David Eliot to talk about what the future might look like after the Baileys Harbor Town Board voted unanimously on March 25th to agree to a purchase price of $1.95 million on the shoreline property next to the Baileys Harbor Marina where Nelsons Hardware once was. This proposal will go to a vote at the Baileys Harbor annual meeting on April 20th.
