Through its free, virtual Prevea Health Matters series, Deb Guenterberg, a Prevea Health registered dietitian nutritionist, will explore “Stress Eating COVID-19 Style” on Oct. 15, 5:30-6:30 pm. She will discuss the difficulties of eating healthfully during a challenging time and provide guidance and tips on how to make improvements.
Guenterberg will also present “Eating the Mindful Way” on Oct. 22, 5:30-6:30 pm. She’ll explain the concept of mindful eating, and participants will learn to eat with intention, understand their triggers and reduce guilt, which all lead to making healthful food decisions.
