Programs at the Crossroads

On Saturday June 26, the Crossroads at Big Creek will host the Running Green for Crossroads 2K-5K-10K Trail Walk/Run. The race begins at 9 am and finishes in the Historical Village where locally grown produce will be served. Costumed members of the Door County Historical Society will offer tours of historical buildings. Music will be provided by Sugar on the Floor.

Each Sunday, the Historical Society will host special events, including an Ice Cream Social on June 27. Tours of the village during the social will be free.

On Monday, June 28, Joan Wilkie will kick of a week of free programs for learners of all ages. From Monday – Thursday, beginning at 1 pm, Wilkie will cover a variety of topics, from insects to gardens to birds to a historic chapel.

The Collins Learning Center and Wildlife Exhibits are open daily 1:30 – 3:30 pm. The Historical Village at the Crossroads is open 1:30 – 3:30 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
