Pudding Filmed for “Tales of Greatness”

On August 16, a film team arrived at DC Floral, Amy Jung’s workplace and Pudding’s second home, to shoot a video that will be edited down to two minutes.

On Aug. 16, a film crew from Nestle Purina’s “Tales of Greatness” arrived in Sturgeon Bay to capture the story of Pudding, a cat adopted from the Door County Humane Society.

Pudding was adopted in February 2012 and within 12 hours became a hero for saving the life of Amy Jung, his adopter, during a diabetic seizure.

DCHS Executive Director Carrie Counihan submitted Pudding’s story to the Purina ProPlan Rally to the Rescue team, and he made the finals in the “Tales of Greatness” search for animal-related heroics.

Pudding’s video debuts on Sept. 10. The public is invited to vote for favorites via social media through Oct. 26. The winner will be announced at the 2012 Kennel Club of Philadelphia show in November.
