Pulse Prose Judge Announced

The Peninsula Pulse is excited to announce David McGlynn as this year’s prose judge for the Hal Grutzmacher Writers’ Exposé.
McGlynn is the author of both fiction and non-fiction short stories and has recently had his collection, The End of the Straight and Narrow, published by the Southern Methodist University Press.
His short story collection is a finalist for the 2009 ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Award and is also a finalist for the 2009 Steven Turner Award for Best Work of First Fiction from the Texas Institute of Letters.
His short stories have appeared in many journals, including the Mid-American Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, The Missouri Review, and Western Humanities Review.
McGlynn is a professor at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
