Purchase Could Expand Grand View Property in Liberty Grove

The Town of Liberty Grove will ask voters to approve the purchase of a parcel on Hillside Drive adjacent to the Grand View Overlook during a March 4 town meeting.

The Town of Liberty Grove will ask voters to approve the purchase of a 1.5-acre parcel of land adjacent to the Grand View Overlook at the entrance to Ellison Bay during a special town meeting to be held March 4 at 6 pm. The price of the Hillside Road parcel is $25,000. It is owned by Victoria Di Iulio and Michael James and is assessed at $41,300.
