Quilts on Display at Sturgeon Bay Library

Elsie Wagner holds up a quilted wall hanging she created with fabric yo-yos and buttons for last year’s National Library Week.

Tuesday, April 12, the Door County Quilters’ Guild will display their beautiful handmade quilts and wall hangings as they work on current projects at the Sturgeon Bay Library as a part of National Library Week.

Quilts will be displayed around the balcony railing and on many of the bookshelves. It will be a wonderful morning of colorful creativity! The public is welcome ask questions of the quilters and/or join in by bringing their own quilting projects to work on.
