Rasmussen Awarded Best in Show

Door County plein air painter Randy Rasmussen won “Best in the Show” at the “Mill Street Paint Out” in Plymouth, Wisconsin on October 1. His painting “Mill Street Morning” will be used in promotions in 2012 by the Plymouth Wisconsin Arts Association.
