Recycled Aluminum Sculptures Highlighted at Santa Fe Shop

John Reistetter III’s recycled aluminum sculptures are on display at the Santa Fe Shop in Fish Creek. 

Reistetter, who is now living and working out of Ensenada, Mexico, was formally trained at the California School of Fine Arts in San Francisco. He has been designing for the home furnishings industry for over 35 years, and his vision of nature translates into graceful forms and shapes that appear to be alive. Over the years, his work has captured the motion of birds in flight, fish racing, horses in full gallop, and ballerinas en point. His designs are both inspiring and visually pleasing. Every piece is handcrafted and meticulously hand-finished to ensure quality and that no two pieces will be exactly alike.
