Red Cross Seeks Disaster Action Team Volunteers

Every day, people are forced from their home because of fires, storms and other disasters, and compassionate, committed Disaster Action Team volunteers respond day and night to meet the immediate needs of their neighbors. Volunteers carry out 90% of the service provided by the American Red Cross, so they are obviously vital. Currently, teams are stretched thin while the demand for services is growing.
