Registration Opens for 10th Crossroads Trail Run

Registration is now open for the 10th annual Crossroads Trail Run/Walk  2K, 5K and 10K on June 22 at Crossroads at Big Creek. The chip-timed trail run takes place on a 200-acre preserve and welcomes all runners and walkers. Visit crossroadsrun.com to register at early-bird prices.

In celebration of the race’s 10th anniversary, all participants will receive a high-performance T-shirt, a cherry-wood medallion and a white cedar or larch tree donated by Evergreen Nursery. Enjoy post-run Door County sundaes: ice cream from Schopf’s Dairy topped with cherries from Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Winery & Market and locally baked granola. Paper goods are biodegradable, and food waste is composted.

Locally sourced awards for the 5K and 10K races include one-of-a-kind handcrafted bowls by ceramic artist Liz Butler, maple syrup from Henschel’s Farms, golden honey from Max and Dee’s Honeybees, and Sweet Mountain Farm’s honeybee soap.
