Rescue Santa

Friday, July 25, marks the 10th year for Pipka’s of Door County’s “Christmas in July” celebration. Festivities take place from 9 am to 8 pm in the gardens at Pipka’s cottage shop, at 2340 Mill Street in Sister Bay.

This year “Christmas in July” continues its tradition of celebrating all that is Christmas, with ongoing events throughout the day. Santa and Mrs. Clause will be on hand to meet new, little friends. Music, photos with Santa, artist booths, art demonstrations, ornament making for kids, and plenty of Christmas cookies, make this Christmas celebration a summer day to remember.

This year pet owners are invited to bring their pets, and furry friends from the Door County Humane Society will also join in, all in honor of Pipka’s newest creation, the Rescue Santa. Rescue Santa is on a mission to bring forgotten and rescued pets to as many families as possible this Christmas.
