Respect Life Prayer Line

People from all Christian denominations are invited to gather along Michigan Street in Sturgeon Bay on Oct. 9, 1:30- 2:45 pm, for a Respect Life prayer line: peaceful, public witness and silent prayer to end abortion.

Participants will stand 10-15 feet apart, holding signs as they pray silently, each in their own way. They are encouraged to not interact with passersby or other participants.

Park at the Market Square/police-station parking lot off Michigan Street, then pick up signs and receive instructions there. Participants may also make their own signs, but graphic, condemning or political signs will not be acceptable. Umbrellas are encouraged for rain or sun. 

Afterward, all interested people (regardless of whether they participated in the prayer line) are welcome to attend a 3 pm program at St. Joseph Church featuring Ellen Tillman of the Alexandrina Pregnancy Resource Center in Green Bay.
