Robert Cera Elected to WBA Chair

Robert J. Cera, president and CEO of Baylake Bank, Sturgeon Bay was elected to serve as the 2014-2015 chair of the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA).

The Wisconsin Bankers Association is the state’s largest financial industry trade association, representing nearly 270 commercial banks and savings institutions, their nearly 2,300 branch offices and 23,000 employees.

Cera, 52, has worked in the financial services industry for more than 22 years. Prior to joining Baylake Bank, he served as president of the Chicago Region of Associated Bank following its acquisition of State Finance Services Corporation in October of 2005. Cera and his wife, Carrie, live in Green Bay with their three children.
