Peninsula Players Theatre, America’s oldest professional resident summer theater, announces the appointment of Robert Ziegler to its board of directors.

“With the addition of Bob, the Players board is poised to continue its excellent tradition of overseeing the successful operations of Peninsula Players,” said Julia Chomeau, president of the board of directors. “Bob brings a unique set of skills, experience and perspective to the board, which ensures we remain as focused and forward thinking as possible.”

Ziegler began a painting business in Door County in 1968 and moved to Nauvool, Ill., to oversee its expansion in 1973 to 18 other states. He started the government affairs committee of the SSPC and served on its board of governors from 2004 until 2012. For more information, visit peninsulaplayers.com.
