Rogue’s New Show Toasts Women’s Relationships

Rogue Theater is beginning its fall season with The Savannah Sipping Society, whose all-female cast celebrates the best of women’s relationships.

The show is a delightful comedy in which four Southern women, all needing to escape their routines and lives, are drawn together by fate – and an impromptu happy hour. They decide it’s time to reclaim their enthusiasm for life. Randa is struggling to cope with a career derailment; Dot faces the unsettling prospect of starting a new life from scratch; Marlafaye has blasted into Savannah after losing her husband to a younger woman; and Jinx offers her services as a much-needed life coach.

Performances will be held Oct. 8-10 and 15-17. Friday and Saturday shows will start at 7:30 pm; Sunday shows will begin at 2 pm. Purchase tickets – $15 per adult and $10 per student – at roguetheater.org or by phone at 920.818.0816.
