Rotary Club Announces Lunchtime Speakers

The Rotary Club of Sturgeon Bay is hosting a series of speakers in the coming month and invites anyone who has ever thought of becoming a member of a service club to attend.

The Rotary Club of Sturgeon Bay meets for lunch every Thursday from noon to 1:15 pm at the Sturgeon Bay Yacht Club. Each week they host a program that might consist of a guest speaker on a topic of interest to the community, the awarding of scholarships to local students, the presentation of a check to a local charity, or other club business relating to their service projects.

Here is the schedule of upcoming speakers:

• June 5 – Tim Van Deelen, “A Deer Nerd Looks at Wolf Hunting”

• June 12 – Titus Seilheimer, “Current and Future Health of the Great Lakes”

• June 19 – Chris Elliott, “ThoughtShredder”

If interested, drop by the Sturgeon Bay Yacht Club at noon on any Thursday, or contact incoming President Bret Bicoy at 920.746.1786 or [email protected].
