Rouge Theater Launches “Light the Depot” Campaign

Rogue Theater launched their “Light the Depot” campaign on March 31st, with a goal to raise $10,000. In addition to new state of the art, energy saving LED lighting equipment, Rogue needs a sound system and theater type seating.

Theatre “M,” which operates out of The Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor, generously loaned Rogue and The Depot Performing Arts Center their lighting for the winter to help get The Depot open in November. Bret and Cari Bicoy also generously loaned Rogue Theater chairs for the opening of The Depot PAC.

April fundraising events include a variety show hosted by The Draft Haus, April 4 and 5 at 7 pm. Admission is $10. Performances of “Songs to God” is scheduled for April 11 and 12 at 7 pm at Hope Church. There will also be a rummage and bake sale on April 25 & 26 at The Depot PAC.

Anyone wishing to donate gently used items for the rummage sale or monetary donations can call Rogue Theater at 920.818.0816 or email [email protected].

The Depot PAC, located at 341 N. Third Avenue, is a theater for the community; anyone wishing to use the space for their function can call 920.818.0816. Rogue Theater, The Depot’s acting troupe, is always looking for more local talent. Anyone interested in being on stage or volunteering may call the same number.
