Run, Drink, and Polka at Hey Hey 5k

The Hey Hey 5k returns to Baileys Harbor Sept. 23.

Join Door County’s newest 5k run Sept. 24 in Baileys Harbor. It’s the Hey Hey 5k, presented by Door County Brewing Co.

Runners get an awesome race shirt, free Hey Hey 5k pint glass and the first fill in the glass free from Door County Brewing Co. to celebrate the finish in the taproom. Take advantage of early-bird registration prices as registration opens May 6 at HeyHey5k.com.

The Hey Hey 5k is named for one of the favorite sayings of Baileys Harbor icon Freddie Kodanko, the late Polka King who also inspired the name of one of Door County Brewing Co.’s signature beers, Polka King Porter.

The race is brought to you by Peninsula Pacers, creators of the Door County Half Marathon, Door County Beer Festival, and Peninsula Century bicycle rides.
