Run Green, Receive a Tree

Running Green for Crossroads takes place on June 23 and features a 2k, 5k and 10k trail run/walk at Crossroads at Big Creek Environmental Preserve.

The run features fresh, outdoor air as the course takes participants along the perimeter trail of the Crossroads property, through coniferous woods, over wooden bridges and onto grassy trails. Running Green is an event for all ages and all levels of runners and walkers.

Every participant will receive a black spruce donated by Evergreen Nursery and post-run refreshments consisting of Door County sundaes of homemade ice cream from Schopf’s Dairy View Country Store, topped with cherries from Lautenbach Orchards, and granola from The Black Walnut Guest House. Each participant will also receive a t-shirt.

Presenting Sponsor is Ministry Health Care and major sponsors are Evergreen Nursery Inc., Sturgeon Bay Utilities and Anytime Fitness.
