Rural Virtual Academy Visits Southern Door June 12

An Open House to provide information about a new partnership Southern Door County School District has with Rural Virtual Academy will be held on Tuesday, June 12, from 4-6 pm in the high school library. Rural Virtual Academy and Southern Door staff have teamed up to provide families with additional resources  tailored to your child’s needs with the flexibility to take online courses full or part-time. The partnership brings high quality, online learning opportunities for those needing credit recovery, enrichment, or courses that the school doesn’t currently offer. This new program can also be a way for homeschooled families to have a high quality online learning environment and still be a part of the Southern Door County School District.  Staff members from Rural Virtual Academy and Southern Door will be on hand for the open house presentation and question & answer session.
