Salsa with J-Ro Offers Couples Private Lessons

Salsa with J-Ro is held every Sunday night at Florian II Lakeshore Rib & Steakhouse in Baileys Harbor. Lessons and a dance social are held each night, where participants can learn the basic steps in salsa, merengue and bachata.

The lessons, held 6 – 7 pm, are $10; no partner is required. Open dancing begins at 7 pm.

There are also private salsa dance lessons available for two. Purchase a one-hour couple’s private salsa lesson for $75. J-Ro’s lesson will touch on steps, patterns, turns, styling, shines and the principles of lead and follow.
